These Terms of Service govern your use of Askstant, a software service owned and operated by Detroniks, LLC ("Detroniks," "we," "our," or "us"). Askstant provides AI-powered customer service, communication, lead capture, routing, analytics, and automation tools for businesses. These Terms describe the rules that apply when you access or use the Askstant platform, websites, applications, widgets, integrations, and related services.

By accessing or using Askstant, you enter into an agreement with Detroniks and agree to these Terms. If you use Askstant on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that business or organization to these Terms.

You may need to create an account to use certain Askstant services. You are responsible for account setup, access management, and activity that occurs under your account.

• Remain responsible for activity by team members and users under the account

Askstant may include a range of customer communication and automation features designed to help businesses respond faster and stay organized.

• Website chat and customer messaging tools
• AI-generated responses and customer assistance
• Lead capture, routing, and notifications
• Emergency service alerts where enabled
• Conversation summaries, classifications, and analytics
• Voice features, integrations, and automation workflows

Businesses using Askstant are responsible for how they configure and use the platform, including settings, workflows, customer notices, and internal review processes.

• Configure business information accurately
• Review AI outputs
• Monitor conversations
• Comply with laws
• Obtain consent for calls, messages, recordings, and AI disclosure where applicable
• Keep support phone numbers current and honor opt-out requests

Askstant may send platform-generated SMS notifications to authorized registered users who explicitly opt in. Messages may include emergency alerts, urgent operational notifications, and workflow activity related to the user's organization's Askstant account.

• Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not required to create or use an Askstant account unless a specific feature requires SMS delivery.
• Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
• Users may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.
• Askstant does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages under this notification program.
• Mobile information and SMS consent data are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• SMS data may be shared only with vendors or telecommunications providers necessary to deliver and support the messaging service.

Emergency service alerts are operational notification tools and are not a substitute for emergency services, public safety systems, life-safety monitoring, or a guaranteed emergency response process. Businesses remain responsible for their own emergency procedures, staffing, escalation rules, and response decisions.

Askstant uses artificial intelligence to support customer communication, lead handling, classification, summaries, routing, and automation workflows.

• AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unexpected
• Detroniks, LLC does not guarantee Askstant response accuracy
• Businesses remain responsible for customer interactions and operational decisions
• AI should not be relied on for emergency, safety-critical, medical, legal, or financial decisions

You must use Askstant responsibly and in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy.

• No illegal activity
• No spam
• No deceptive AI use
• No security abuse
• No harassment or harmful content

• Paid plans may renew automatically
• Free trials may be offered
• Prices and features may vary by plan
• Customer is responsible for payment information
• Unpaid accounts may be suspended
• Taxes may apply

Users may cancel according to account settings or the applicable support process. Access may continue through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated. Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or stated in a separate agreement.

Customers retain ownership of their business data, customer interaction data, and content submitted to Askstant. Detroniks may process that data to provide, secure, support, and improve the services.

Askstant may depend on or integrate with third-party services to provide platform functionality, communication delivery, billing, analytics, hosting, and workflow automation. Detroniks remains the legal operator of Askstant, while third-party providers may support specific parts of the service.

Detroniks owns the Askstant platform, branding, software, designs, technology, and related intellectual property. Customers may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, misuse, or attempt to extract the underlying technology of the platform except as expressly permitted.

Customers retain ownership of their content and data.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, requests, or other feedback about Askstant, you agree that Detroniks may use that feedback without restriction, payment, or obligation to you.

The services may change over time. Detroniks may add, remove, limit, suspend, or modify features, workflows, integrations, and platform behavior. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Detroniks does not guarantee Askstant accuracy, availability, business results, revenue, leads, customer conversion, scheduling outcomes, or any specific commercial result.

Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Detroniks harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their use of the services, data, configurations, violation of law, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the platform.

Detroniks may suspend or terminate Askstant accounts for violations of these Terms, nonpayment, security risk, abuse, legal compliance, or activity that may harm the platform, users, customers, or third parties. Users may stop using the services at any time.

Detroniks may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where required. Continued use of the services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
